***CANCELLATION POLICY: All classes must be paid in full prior to session. Due to limited seating, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation to receive a full credit towards a future class. Sorry, no refunds. Your seat has been reserved for you, any missed class sessions will not be refunded nor credited. If we should need to cancel a class for any reason, we will reschedule, issue a full refund, or provide a credit for future classes.
***DISCLAIMER: Arts and Crafts instruction sessions with Activity Instructor will use reasonable care, supply aprons and gloves, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. Wear comfortable attire and shoes (may get stained). You agree to hold harmless SmARTivities, its representatives, associates, artists, and instructors from any liability. All precautions are prepared and followed and every effort is made to give a sanitary and comfortable experience for everyone. If participant has any allergies or special needs, please tell us prior to class.
***PHOTOGRAPHS and/or video clips may be taken during sessions for marketing purposes. We require written notice if you DO NOT consent to photographs. Please indicate while booking or contact us for your preference to be noted.
GROUP CLASSES, PARTIES, & PARTY ENTERTAINING:
A non-refundable deposit is due before group parties and party entertaining services. The remaining balance is due on day of event and may be paid in-store or by online invoice. If rescheduling is needed, we require at least 48 hours notice prior to the event to reschedule the date or provide an account credit towards future services.
ART SUPPLIES AND RETAIL ITEMS:
***RETURN POLICY: Refunds and Exchanges on Art Supplies only. Must show valid receipt within 30 days of purchase. Online Orders of art supplies or retail goods may be returned to store with proper email receipt for a store credit or refund.
***Returned checks incur a $30.00 fee.***

ARTIST PARTICIPATION AND RIGHTS:
Any Artisan who participates with us is subject to the rules, conditions, and agreement set forth in our contract. Including, but not limited to, Gallery Opening, Consignment sales, wholesale, teaching, demonstrations, or pop-up shop sales. All artwork remains property of the Artist and any reproductions are prohibited.
